The phallic looking buildings with icy, domed tops are the work of Arctic Industries in LA. The cleverly costumed vending machines serve to distribute bottled water. At the entrance to the igloos stand two-foot penguins that are protected by a heavily bolted piece of Plexiglas. Only time will tell if the beaked beacons wind up on the endangered species list at the hands of vandals.
